Lots of musicians, whether they are in a rock band or interested in opera are interested in how to get better at singing. It takes three things: practice, dedication, and a good training program, whether it is a teacher or something else.
Of course, there are a few steps along the way. Ears, voice, and body must work together to make a sound, and just as with any other instrument, any slight changes to the shape or condition of the body can have drastic effects on the end result.
First thing you’ll want to do is train your ears. Your ears help you determine if your vocal chords are singing the right pitches. Ear training is one of the essential courses of study at any university level music program, and transcends all instruments. Read more »
